Yesterday marked the beginning of the Spring Sport season. Around here that just means a lot of scrambling around by us and the kids having a great time showing off their athletic skills.
Anthony has resumed play in the local AYSA league, in the same team as before, and yesterday they had their first game (0-0). I think there was no score because mommy wasn't there to cheer them on...
Meanwhile on the other side of town, Matthew attended the little league parade and opening ceremony. It was done very well but in my opinion dragged on a little, who cares what the local politicians had to say, just let the kids play damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Matthew's first game will be on Sunday and Anthony will be playing every Saturday, so thankfully yesterday was our only overlap day of the season and me and DH will no longer need to split up.
