Let the healing begin

So this morning I went in for my D & E.
The procedure went well,fairly smooth, I went in, they knocked me out and when I woke up I was in the recovery room with Davide beside me.
Right now I'm feeling ok, just my thighs feels like I ran a marathon ( yup I'm that out of shape)
I'm on antibiotics and meds to contract my uterus and Motrin as needed, but have not felt any pain, even the stuff I took before hand to dialate did not cause cramps, just gave me the chills which was fine.
I'm feeling overall relieved, I know it will bother me if/when my milk comes in for a few days, but I'm prepared.
let the healing begin.
We got home at 3:15, they kept me a little extra to make sure the bleeding subsided, and it did.
We decided not to see the baby, and they were not able to cremate since the deterioration had already begun, the doctor estimated 14 weeks 5 days, so even less than we thought.
We will find out the gender and if anything was wrong in 2 weeks.
Right now, I just need prayers that the healing process goes quickly so I can begin healing my heart.
Goodbye Angel baby, we already miss you so much.
